Before any formal pitching begins or anything, our team, decided to start brain-storming ideas for 3D animation, targeting at 5minutes [maximum]. We listed out the main points to be focused first: Setting of story, Ending of story, Ideas for Animation and which online method to update the lecturers of our progress. That is when we decided to use Blogger since everyone is more familiarized with it. And that we finalized on using the idea of the cuckoo clocks, idea proposed by teammate, Jessica Wong. :)
Then, we worked on to decide on our individual roles, making sure that each one of us takes up at least 2 head roles. My roles in the team are environment artist - taking charge of the background and environment designs [in our case, the design of the cuckoo clock shop] as well as clean-up artist - cleaning up the designs given by other teammates, ensuring that work is neat with no redundant details.
After which, we have decided two main characters as the figurines inside the cuckoo clock. Before we can start designing, we have to sort out their personalities and characteristics data. Our team then continued to ensure every single of us come up with their own designs for the main characters [figurines], clocks as well as environment; then from there, choose the most ideal one for our production.
These are some brief design concepts I have come up with for our production, Clockworks.

At this point in time, our team have also come up with our group name - Popped Corn Productions; 'cos our ideas always just popped out just like popcorns. :)
